Class Catalog - Fall 2025
Trades ($40)
Our trades class offers practical training in skilled trades such as carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. Students develop hands-on skills, and gain the foundational skills needed to pursue entry-level employment in their chosen trade. By the end of the class, students will feel confident in their ability to perform basic tasks and have a better understanding of their chosen trade.
Pre-Apprentice Electrical Class: Saturdays, Sep 20th- Saturday Nov 8th , 8:00 AM – 2PM
Pre-Apprentice Plumbing Class: Saturdays, Sep 20- Saturday Nov 8th , 8:00 AM – 2PM
ESL ($25)
Our ESL class provides a supportive and engaging environment for non-native English speakers to improve their language skills. In addition to developing speaking skills, the class also includes reading and writing activities to improve students' literacy skills. By the end of the class, students should feel more confident in their ability to communicate effectively in English. Choose from either Tuesday or Wednesday regular meeting times.
Orientation/Open House for both Classes below is August 19th, 7pm.
Tuesdays, Aug 26th - November Nov 18th, 6:00 PM – 8PM
Wednesdays, Aug 27th - Saturday Nov 19th, 10:00 AM – 12PM
Citizenship ($25)
Our citizenship class helps prepare individuals for the process of becoming a citizen. The class covers topics such as English language skills, cultural norms, and civics education. With the skills learned in the class, students can successfully navigate the application process and become active, engaged citizens in their new country.
