• Running Toilets

Learn the common reasons toilets keep running, how to spot the signs early, and what simple fixes homeowners can request or try safely.

• Faucet Leaks

Explore the typical sources of faucet leaks and understand which repairs are simple, low‑cost, and appropriate for a homeowner to address.

• Drain Clogs

Get clear guidance on what leads to slow drains, how to prevent clogs, and which safe, at‑home methods can help before calling a professional.

• Shower Leaks

Learn how to recognize leaks at the shower head, what usually causes them, and what low‑cost parts or cleaning steps can resolve the issue.

• Water Heater Maintenance

Understand why water heaters need flushing, how often it should be done, and what safety steps or professional help may be needed.

In 2025, 50 students enrolled in our trades program, and 40 students earned Certificates of Completion.

In 2026, 18 students enrolled in our 17‑week NCCER Core Construction Program. In addition to their NCCER Core training, our students also earned their OSHA‑10 Certification through a two‑day professional course led by Johnny Curten.
